My mission is to help with reconnecting the mind -body. Teaching my clients to understand, listen and love their bodies. Through harnessing my intuition, I approach each human with compassion, loving-kindness, honor and respect. My method is using a variety of modalities and tools for creating health and well-being. Each unique individual is provided a sacred space as they walk down the path to an active, pain free, stress free life-style.
After graduating Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2018. I continued to future my education in Reiki, John Barnes Myofascial Release 1, Medical Massage and Sports Massage. In 2019, I achieved a life long goal of becoming a registered yoga instructor. Having completed Cloud Nine Yoga's 200hr teacher training program through Toula.
