I'm lucky to have found a profession that I'm truly excited and passionate about.  I was feeling unfulfilled in my previous line of work and realized I needed to pursue a career that I was happy to go to everyday. Cara finds the source of the discomfort/pain and focuses on relieving the tension. She also recommends stretching exercises that can be done at home to give further relief or prevent the tension from reoccurring.
