I've worked in Healthcare pretty much all of my adult life. My passion is helping people. I love to combine my skills with a relaxing setting to be the best part of someone's day. I look forward to treating my clients, whether it's for an ailment, injury, or some relaxation. I tend to have a firm hand while massaging but adjust my techniques to my clients needs. I incorporate cupping, red light therapy, heat and stretching on the table as needed.

I love all things holistic and try to pass on the knowledge I've gained over the past 30 years working in Healthcare. I will always try to recommend stretching and anti inflammatory lifestyle adjustments to aid in living your best life.
