I built Flourish Health & Wellness from the ground up, and I’m incredibly proud of what it has become. Helping people has always been at the center of my life, and I’ve spent most of my adult years working in healthcare and wellness.

My goal is to combine clinical knowledge with a peaceful, welcoming environment so each visit feels restorative and worthwhile. Whether you come in for pain relief, injury support, stress reduction, or pure relaxation, I tailor every session to your individual needs. I’m known for having a firm, effective touch, while always adjusting pressure and techniques for your comfort. I may incorporate modalities such as cupping, stretching, heat therapy, red light therapy, and other customized approaches when appropriate.

I’m passionate about holistic wellness and enjoy sharing the knowledge I’ve gained through more than 30 years of experience. I often guide clients on stretching, mobility, and anti-inflammatory lifestyle habits to help them feel their best long after their appointment ends.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me out on the boat or spending time with my husband and golden retriever. I look forward to welcoming you soon.
