Being a full time industrial worker, wife and mom, I understand that life can get very busy and stressful with the blink of an eye. By recently graduating from ECPI University in Massage Therapy and learning about different holistic principles to incorporate into my daily routine, I have begun to understand the importance of recharging mentally, physically and emotionally. I have always been passionate in helping people get to feel their best. As one of the newest team members to join NXD Massage Therapy LLC, my goal is to ensure the client is relaxed, recharged and ready to take on the everyday stresses of life by providing a one of kind therapeutic experience catered to them. I am proactive and enthusiastic in learning different techniques but currently, I specialize in Medical and Swedish massage incorporating various movements and techniques to help relax the muscles, increase blood oxygen levels, and decrease stress. I believe self-care is an essential part of overall wellness and when your body is working better, you can start living better. I would love the opportunity to help you on your wellness journey.
