My journey began while taking care of my Dad while he had cancer. I noticed that when I would massage his head or feet that he did not need as much pain medication. After he died, I researched the body/mind connection and in September 2011 ended up at Irene's Myomassology Institute, Southfield, MI.

I graduated in September 2012 with experience in various science based modalities to help with pain relief and relaxation.

I continue to study and expand the modalities offered to assist clients in their wellness journey.
