At its foundation is REMassage™ — structured, intentional touch rooted in skill, awareness, and steady attention.

Within REMassage™, sessions may include Reiki and brief internal dialogue when appropriate. These elements are not used to go deeply into process, but to gently meet what arises and bring awareness to anything beneath the surface. They are applied with discretion to support the body’s natural capacity to regulate and recover.

When something more significant presents itself, RSI (Reflective Subconscious Integration) is offered as a separate, one-on-one process of inner dialogue and pattern work. This is where we move beyond the body and work directly with what has surfaced—bringing subconscious patterns into conscious awareness and exploring them more fully.
