REMholistics™ is a therapeutic holistic practice dedicated to reducing unnecessary suffering through intentional care of the Body, Mind & Spirit. Rather than separating physical, emotional, and internal experiences, the work recognizes that they often influence one another and responds to the person as a whole.

At its foundation is REMassage™—structured, therapeutic bodywork designed to relieve pain, restore movement, regulate the nervous system, and support the body's natural capacity to recover.

When appropriate, sessions may also incorporate Reiki Usui HolyFire®III Reiki and brief moments of guided reflection. These are never imposed or performed for their own sake. They are simply available when they naturally support the work unfolding in the session.

As REMholistics continues to evolve, new methods of perspective and self-understanding are also taking shape—approaches designed to help people see familiar patterns in entirely new ways. More will be shared as they develop.
