"It is my passion to help you claim a new level of functionality in your body. This passions stems from a deep and long held belief that life is a gift, no matter what. We can choose how we respond to what life presents to us, and that is where all the magic lays. I myself have a body and I live a life of wonderment (and torture) inside it as I adapt to age and injury with deeper listening and ever more attuned self-care practices. I have a unique and personalized approach that has been cultivated over the last 20 years of touching people professionally. The present moment need of your body is what will be addressed. 'Deep Tissue' and 'Sports' are generic terms that encompass a wide variety of modalities and techniques but you can say I practice those and that my clients are more than satisfied. I have a deep appreciation for the nervous system's role in pain perception so you will not find yourself being pushed over an edge on my table. Instead you will find your present moment state being considered into my approach. Recent research has confirmed that 'pain' can be subjective and interdependent with the state of your nervous system.

Touch and conscious feedback are powerful tools for lasting transformation. I'm here to give you new perspectives to widen the scope of your capacity to heal your own body. We may discover habits that cause discomfort and get to the root of musculoskeletal imbalances. I am intuitive in prescribing the most effective and reasonable self-help tools for your lifestyle. Sometimes this can lead to a referral to one of the practitioners I have personally vetted to support you for issues outside my scope of practice. Other times it can just mean putting your foam roller somewhere you can see it so you remember to use it. My goal is to set you up for success and to give you the tools you need to reach your goal for healing, no matter who you are or what resources we have to work with.
