My main goal is to bring balance to your life using holistic medicine.

Massage is a natural medicine that works to heal your mind, body and soul. The bodywork that goes into massage eases physical pain, bringing in relaxation to help mental discomfort.

Relaxation massage is my specialty because I truly believe that stress is what causes disease, so when we take time for ourselves to reduce the stress we are managing our overall health.

My favorite tools to use are essential oils.

I provide HZ music as well to optimize your healing.

I also believe meditation during massage can be very powerful.

I am a firm believer in meditation and the wonders it can do for you. Breathwork and meditation during massage can be quite powerful. We are able to use our breath to bring us into meditation and heal the deep wounds we may have.

I am also certified in Deep Tissue Massage for those with chronic pain and muscle tension. Using deep pressure concentrating on the areas with pain and tightness, we are able to ease the tension and stiffness in the muscles that may come from strenuous exercise, training, accidents and postural work problems, like sitting at a desk all day.

I am located inside the Houston loop and I can do both house calls and in office massage.
