Myofascial Release Facial
Myofascial Release uses specific techniques to stretch and repair the connective issue between your muscles (fascia). It helps your body heal properly from injuries and can restore range of motion.
This facial will help relieve tension in you
Newborn or Infant MFR/CFT session
MFR or CFT session for newborns or infants.
Please add notes for baby’s age and reason for visit.
Time can be added, if schedule allows, charges added at checkout, in 15min increments.

relaxation massage
Treat yourself to some time away from everything. Enter the private spa suite, with no worries of seeing anyone besides your therapist that is here to help you zone out, in peace.

Therapeutic Massage
CFT, MFR, CST as requested or discussed. Toddler age and up.
For this work you stay clothed. Wear gym/yoga type clothes with no buckles or bulk.

Outcall massage
Outcall massage, in your home. 30ish minute radius, or as discussed, from the GTB studio.
You will provide a 10x8 area, under 73°, pet free (to reduce damage, and allergen contamination for other clients) and an outlet nearby.

Chair massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.
Great for events, or those that cannot lay flat on a massage
