Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their body, and I am happy to help. I use non-forceful methods including CFT, and Barnes MFR, with a trauma conscious foundation and overlay. I have many years of experience with CFT, infant CFT, and am currently an advanced Barnes MFR practitioner.

First time appointments, I am happy to answer questions or walk you through what a session may look like.
