His background with structural integration, personal training, massage therapy, and health coaching gives him a strong understanding of the body’s mechanics and how to improve movement. Though Casey has been dedicated to a lifestyle of wellness for most of his life, it was his prior struggles with chronic pain that fueled his path towards helping others. After feeling defeated by the Western medical system, he sought to empower himself by seeking treatment and education from quality bodyworkers, personal trainers, and health coaches. Now he helps others who -like he once thought- believe that pain and discomfort are something to accept as a normal way of living.
