MISSION

The mission that I established Head to Soul Therapeutic on is to respectfully aid in relaxation while helping to combat stress, pain and dis-ease through a variety of therapeutic massage techniques.

MASSAGE STYLE

I enjoy providing massage that will encompass the largest benefit for that session. With that in mind, I prefer to cross massage. I include two or more of the following to the H2S Massage: Swedish, Thai, aroma therapy, deep tissue, vibrative touch and/or stretches.

I appreciate what massage has to offer to the body and respect my clients by focusing on them and staying present during the massage. I also respect my craft and believe in constant growth and becoming a better version of myself for the benefit of building my knowledge so to share with my clients.
