COVID-19 UPDATE July 1st, 2020

Hey all, I have been researching ways to keep us all safe as I reopen unwind Massage and Aesthetics. The most important thing you can do is stay home if you have experienced any symptoms or been around anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last two weeks. Also, due to the blood clotting complications that many Covid patients have been experiencing, I do not recommend coming in for massage if you have recovered from Covid unless a doctor has cleared you.

Here are things to know that I am doing to reduce our risk when working together:
1. I will maintain my high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, wiping down with a sanitizing cloth all surfaces touched by the client, tools that I use, and provide clean linens for each client.
2. I will take your temperature upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 will be asked to reschedule.
3. Hands will be washed.
1. Clients will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entering.
4. I will air out the room between clients
5. I will wear a face mask for the duration of each appointment, changing masks between clients
6. I will sanitize and wipe down the restroom accessible to you before and after each visit.

Please understand that these measures do not eliminate all risk. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about these changes.

I am limiting my initial reopening to ten appointments a week, no more than three appointments in a day and only massage sessions to start with.

Priority booking will go to those who have credits on their accounts, or existing clients with a new/acute diagnosis.

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

* Muscle or body aches
* Headache
* New loss of taste or smell

* Congestion or runny nose
* Nausea or vomiting
