Grace Crozier specializes in therapeutic bodywork. She is a Professional Practitioner in The Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy® and Certified in Traditional Thai Massage, Reflexology and the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release® and Myofascial Unwinding®. Grace is also a STOTT® Pilates Instructor and a Wisdom Flow Yoga Certified Instructor. Enhancing her understanding in body therapy, she is also a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition®. Using her knowledge in massage, yoga, Pilates and nutrition she integrates all to assist her clients through their physical therapy. This allows for a unique focus on body alignment, increased circulation, greater energy, and improved concentration. It enhances the client’s awareness of their body’s movement in space and develops mental clarity. Each massage therapy session is customized to the individual’s needs. Sessions may include a supportive yoga/Pilates workout plan to assist in the healing process. Private yoga/Pilates sessions details on core strengthening, flexibility, balance and body alignment.
