My goal is to help my clients improve their overall wellness and quality of life through massage and polarity therapy. I believe the combination of massage and energy work provides a more complete healing exeperience and benefits the mind, body and spirit.

Taking care of myself and opening my mind has lead me to becoming a massage therapist and energy worker. I want to help others on their path to wellness and joy. It is my passion and what makes me happy!

I completed my training in Holistic Massage Therapy at Spa Tech Institute. I am a Level II Reiki practitioner and have completed continuing eductation classes in subjects including myofascial techniques, armotherapy and varies other modalities. I am dedicated to continuing my education and it is a joy for me to keep learning.
