Reflexology is a practice using specific techniques to work the reflexes found both in hands and feet. The primary outcome of Reflexology is to (1) relax the body, (2) help improve blood flow, nerve impulses and bioelectrical energy throughout the body, (3) normalize and balance, and allow the body to (4) heal itself.
