I am an Approved Continuing Education Provider for the State of Texas, with over 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and instructor. Since beginning my career in 2004. I have been dedicated to promoting health and wellness through therapeutic touch. My work focuses on injury and illness rehabilitation, stress reduction, and advanced massage techniques that support physical and emotional recovery.

I’ve taught at resort spas and professional education settings, covering a wide range of massage modalities. I’ve also supervised and mentored massage therapy instructors, helping them build confidence and effectiveness in the classroom.

Whether working one-on-one with clients or training professionals, I believe massage is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It supports healing, eases post-surgical discomfort, reduces stress, and can be one of the best forms of medicine when approached with care and intention.
