I studied massage and started working as a massage therapist with the goal of helping people not only have a place to come relax and unwind, but also manage chronic pain, prevent and recover from injuries, as well as working towards their goals for a healthy lifestyle. Helping others increase their overall quality of life is one of my passions in life. I have been doing massage since the end of 2011 and Ashiatsu barefoot massage since the end of 2012.

I offer massage and bodywork services, specializing in Ashiatsu barefoot massage. This style of bodywork is my bread and butter and allows me to use gravity along with my body weight to sink into muscle tissue on a deep, yet relaxing level. If you struggle with chronic pain or issues such as headaches, back pain, or just super tight muscles, this is for YOU! I also do cupping and integrate it into my barefoot sessions with a lot of success for my clients.

Being a competitive athlete for over 13 years, I understand most needs within an athlete's body and enjoy helping them with those needs. Currently, I am also a Level 3 Certified CrossFit Trainer and have been doing CrossFit for almost 12 years. I love helping fellow athletes with staying loose and managing body issues so they can keep going hard at the gym and in life.
