As a teenager, Jim gained interest and fascination in the Martial art of Aikido. And in 1985 he found an opportunity to train under a Japanese Aikido martial artist. And eventually became an Aikido instructor.

His Aikido training, introduced a healing technique that helped fellow students and himself recover from the rigors of the training. The main benefit of which was to help every one to return each week to continue their training.

In 2011, Jim completed the massage program at Woods Hygienic Institute in Kissimmee, Florida and acquired a massage license later that same year.

Since then, he has completed studies and certifications in several bodywork's techniques. Of which the main modality is a standardized results driven modality known as Active Release Techniques.

And after working for several chiropractic doctors, Jim has developed a therapeutic style to help with many soft tissue conditions ranging from migraines to plantar fasciitis.

He enjoys helping clients help themselves to achieve the results that enable them to obtain more of what they want from their life.
