Hi there, I'm Elisa & I'm so glad you're here! I help my clients learn to reclaim rest so they can live happier, healthier & more fulfilling lives. As a Mother and Practitioner, I am constantly amazed at the body's natural ability to heal itself when given care, nourishment & rest. Both my purpose & passion are helping my clients on their journey toward overall health & well being. I often say that it's a gentle process that leads toward results.

As a Board Certified Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork Therapist, Thai Yoga Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor & Ayurvedic Health Coach, I offer a variety of services to support clients including Restorative Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching, Massage Therapy/Bodywork, & Yoga.

Through Bodywork we learn to deeply care for our bodies & prioritize our physical needs. And through Restorative Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching, we explore how ancient Ayurveda lifestyle tools can help us restore overall balance. This holistic life science helps us know ourselves & uncover the stories that hold us back. We can learn to rewrite our stories and reconnect with our inner wisdom. Ayurveda teaches us how to reclaim the guiding voice (aka, our intuition) that tells us - everything belongs, you are lovable, enough & worthy exactly as you are!

Through weekly yoga classes, I invite participants to slow down, reconnect & rest using a variety of restorative asana, breath work & meditation to support healing in the quiet of stillness. This is where we can really tune into our own inner voice of wisdom.
