I am compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to providing body awareness, deep relaxation and relief from pain. I am passionate about therapeutic massage and believe that everyone can benefit from the addition of regular massage into their self care routine.

I grew up in Mt.Vernon and now live in Dix. I am a 2003 graduate of the Rend Lake College Therapeutic Massage program. I spent my first 3 years perfecting the spa massage at ARC day spa in Mt.Vernon. Then an opportunity came to work in Salem at Practical Magic Day Spa where I stayed for 18 months. While there, I met the owner of Stress Knot Massage. Shortly after, I began working in Mt.Vernon at SKM in January of 2008 where I spent 6 years working at Stress Knot where I learned to incorporate deep tissue targeted techniques with my spa massage. Beginning January 2014, I opened my own private massage practice. I will continue to provide personalized massage services while being able to stay flexible to tend to her family and 2 children.

I take much pride in taking quality high levels of continuing education to better suit my clients needs. I have traveled to St.Louis, Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville and Oklahoma City.
