Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Rehabilitation from Springfield College- an institution deeply rooted in the foundation of Body Mind & Spirit healing. She has exhibited a passion for healing throughout her career & worked in various aspects of healing arts since graduation. Cindy has worked extensively as a fitness trainer in both private practice & in the physical medicine department of Beth Israel in NYC, where she implemented the rehab regimens of patients as prescribed by physical & occupational therapists.

Cindy then transitioned into a career in Massage Therapy which allowed her to facilitate healing with hands-on bodywork. About 4 years ago she discovered the technique of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), first as a patient with chronic pain, and now as a practitioner. FST has played a vital role in the management of her own chronic injury which resulted in profound pain relieving benefits & increased range of motion.

Cindy was so inspired by the results of FST and has made it her mission to use these pain free techniques to improve the lives of others. FST involves gentle stretching of fascia & muscles in a multidimensional manner. FST is a table based stretching technique delivered while the client remains fully clothed. FST can be successful in treating acute and long standing restrictions in the fascial & muscular systems.

Cindy's treatment style is unique, as she couples FST with massage techniques to promote an even deeper benefit for the client. Her time spent as a life long athlete, competitive bodybuilder, fitness professional , & practicing yogi translates to a deep understanding of the mind body connection necessary for teaching & facilitating healing with her clients.
