As the principal licensed massage therapist at Narah's Naturals, my career as a compassionate bodyworker began in 2008 in a cutting-edge chiropractic office in Lancaster, PA. I gained hands-on training and clinical experience practicing a highly specialized form of acupressure that recovers vital healing Life Force energy. Since my time practicing in Lancaster, I have also grown in my experience as a Master Teacher in Lotus Light Reiki & Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. In 2013, I built on my existing skills and understanding of the body's physiology by completing the Massage Therapy program at YTI, Capital Region which has enabled me to become a unique, licensed massage therapist offering services to the Harrisburg area that are deeply healing and intrinsically therapeutic.
