After many years in horticulture and landscaping, I felt called to a more hands-on healing path. That led me to Reiki and Massage Therapy, where I found a natural way to support both the body and nervous system together.

My approach is slow, intentional, and focused on working with your body—not forcing change. By blending therapeutic massage with relaxation, I help calm the nervous system first so tension can release more deeply and naturally. This often leads to longer-lasting relief and a greater sense of ease overall.
