Welcome!

Whether you are experiencing chronic pain, persistent tension, or are simply feeling worn down by the demands of life, my goal is to provide effective, skilled, and compassionate care that helps you find relief while giving your body and mind the opportunity to truly rest.

With over 15 years experience I have developed an approach that is slow, intentional, and guided by careful listening. Listening to you, your body, and your nervous system. Drawing from my training in therapeutic massage, myofascial work, craniosacral-informed techniques, and visceral manipulation, I seek to meet you where you are in the moment, providing thoughtful, individualized care guided by your therapeutic goals.

I believe therapeutic bodywork can be both focused and deeply restorative. I'd love to help guide you and your body towards balance, better alignment, and a more peaceful nervous system.
