With 18+ years of hands-on experience, I specialize in helping women who are holding tension in their body and stress in their nervous system finally find relief.

Many of my clients come in feeling:

• tight through the neck and shoulders

• low back discomfort

• headaches or chronic tension

• overwhelmed, overstimulated, or unable to fully relax

My sessions are slow, intentional, and tailored to what your body actually needs that day. I combine therapeutic techniques with a calming, grounded approach to help your body soften—not just push through tension.

Over time, this work helps unwind deeper patterns of holding so your body can begin to feel more at ease again.

I also incorporate techniques such as cupping, gua sha, reflexology, and breathwork when appropriate—but always with the goal of supporting your nervous system and overall well-being.

If you’ve been carrying a lot and your body is asking for relief, this work is for you.
