Hi, I'm Jesse Mae.

I've always been fascinated by the ways people heal, adapt, and care for one another. Long before I became a massage therapist, I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. My path eventually led me to massage therapy, where I found the perfect blend of science, problem-solving, creativity, and human connection.

I graduated with honors from Central Oregon Community College's massage therapy program and have been practicing bodywork since 2017. What first drew me to the profession was the study of anatomy, kinesiology, and pathology, but what has kept me passionate about the work is the opportunity to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies and more connected to themselves.

One of the things I love most about massage therapy is that no two clients are the same. Every person brings their own experiences, goals, challenges, and story to the treatment room. I enjoy the process of listening, learning, and adapting each session to meet the individual in front of me. Whether someone is seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from an injury, navigating stress, or simply looking for a moment to slow down, I consider it a privilege to be part of their wellness journey.

My work incorporates a variety of modalities, including deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, gua sha, reflexology, Thai table massage, and pelvic floor therapy. I believe that continuing education is essential, and I am constantly exploring new techniques, perspectives, and approaches that allow me to better serve my clients and continue growing as a practitioner.

Outside the treatment room, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our dog, riding motorcycles through the Pacific Northwest, creating art, camping, or getting lost in a good movie. I value curiosity, lifelong learning, and experiences that encourage me to slow down and appreciate the world around me—qualities that also influence the way I approach my work.
