She blends therapeutic massage, lymphatic support, and movement-based techniques to help clients manage pain, recover from injury, and restore balance in body and mind.

Her massage training includes Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Lymphatic Massage. She also offers advanced services such as the Sinus Buster Technique, Jumpstart Muscle Activation, XTract™, Massage Cupping, Kinesiology Taping, and Detox Wraps.

In 2021, Lisa expanded her work by becoming a certified yoga teacher, with a focus on AYAMA (Applied Yoga Anatomy and Muscle Activation). This practice uses precise movement and muscle engagement to improve mobility, relieve tension, and help clients move with ease and awareness. Sessions may integrate massage and movement, depending on your goals.
