I am a professional licensed massage therapist / holistic health practitioner since 1996.

I specialize in body, foot, deep tissue, chair, combo, acupressure massage and am very intuitive to the body when it comes to knowing the muscles as far as mapping it out naturally from knowing it's needs.

I have also worked in sports & physical therapy from professional football players to professional MMA fighters.

I am very confident and passionate about my work (for example) I can go from deep tissue from the neck & shoulders then quickly transition into Swedish to other parts of the body where you may not need deep tissue.

I believe that our body,mind & soul does so much for us 24 hrs. a day and we must give back to it through massage.
