I am a licensed massage therapist with over 19 years of professional massage experience. I graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1999 with over 1200 hours of training.

Over the years, my bodywork has evolved into a unique and intuitive style that I call Restorative Bodywork. This approach weaves together techniques from various modalities, allowing me to customize each session to perfectly meet my client’s individual needs. The modalities and tools I use include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Cupping, and Gua Sha.

I currently live in Longmont, Colorado, with my husband and daughter. Outside work, I love hiking, working out, and hanging out with family and friends.
