Her hands-on courses blend clinical reasoning with practical techniques that therapists can confidently use the very next day. Specializing in tissue-informed care, cupping, abdominal techniques, facial applications, contrast therapy, and evidence-informed bodywork, Sandra is passionate about helping therapists think critically, refine their skills, and deliver exceptional client care. Business COACHING

In this coaching session we will take a deep dive into your business. We will find out what is working (or not) in your physical space, marketing strategy, rebooking practices, client follow-up and personal growth to make you financially successful and provide long-term sustainability in your industry. The Healer's Collective

A professional, in person networking group for holistic minded practitioners and their strategic partners. Each networking event will consist of open networking, followed by a timed speed networking segment, then a heat or cold emersion session. Please come prepared for a sauna and/or cold pool plunge session.

One Day Wellness Emersion Experience

A one-day emersion experience, lake front in Charlotte, NC. Each guest will experience sound baths, ice baths, cardio and strength workouts, massage, kinesio taping, frequency therapy, red light therapy, longevity injections, group counseling, breathwork sessions and much more!
