Having spent over a decade working with clients in a hands-on therapeutic setting, Sandra is bringing her knowledge of the body to individuals, corporations and special groups to help them THRIVE! In one-on-one coaching or group settings, you will learn how you may be sabotaging your desire to live a healthy lifestyle. She will work WITH you or your organization to help you create a map that leads you to a positive mindset that creates physical outcomes of perseverance and accomplishment.

Business COACHING

In this coaching session we will take a deep dive into your business. We will find out what is working (or not) in your physical space, marketing strategy, rebooking practices, client follow-up and personal growth to make you financially successful and provide long-term sustainability in your industry. Sessions via zoom for out of state, option for in-person In Charlotte, NC. If you are unable to find an appointment soon enough, please text 704-560-8977 as I offer after hour and weekend strategy session as available, but not on the live schedule. Individuals, or businesses wanting to add massage therapy are welcome!

The Healer's Collective

A professional, in person networking group for holistic minded practitioners and their strategic partners. Each networking event will consist of open networking, followed by a timed speed networking segment, then a heat or cold emersion session. Please come prepared for a sauna and/or cold pool plunge session.

One Day Wellness Emersion Experience

A one-day emersion experience, lake front in Charlotte, NC. Each guest will experience sound baths, ice baths, cardio and strength workouts, massage, kinesio taping, frequency therapy, red light therapy, longevity injections, group counseling, breathwork sessions and much more! Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided as well as a take home wellness kit to promote a fully rounded healthy lifestyle. (coming soon)
