Greetings! I have been practicing bodywork for over 25 years, with training in Esalen, Swedish, Orthopedic, MFR, Neuromuscular Therapy, Chair Massage and I am a Level 1 NKT practitioner. As a certified Pilates Instructor my work is informed by my movement education. My mission is to help clients learn about their bodies and what they can do to feel healthier, have more energy, feel less stressed, and have less pain.

My approach to bodywork is to first identify what you hope to achieve with bodywork/massage whether it be to spend the session decompressing from stress, using massage therapy as part of your wellness regimen, or to address pain and discomfort you are experiencing. The information you provide will help me create a strategy to help. Hot stones, hot towels, cupping, aromatherapy, and CBD will be utilized as deemed appropriate with your prior consent at no extra charge.

I have a wide range of skill and experience and the ability to offer what you need whether it be a blissful wellness massage or a pain relieving bodywork session.

After your session, you can expect to leave with some strategies for self care.If you can, please allow time after your massage to absorb the work we do with a cup of tea and neck wrap.

When booking your appointment please read all policies carefully. Payment is required at time of booking so that you are able leave your appointment in a fully relaxed state. I appreciate as much notice as possible when cancelling and rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled without the required 48 hours notice will result in full payment for time reserved.

Please note, I do NOT accept gratuities. It is my belief that bodywork is a healthcare modality. Prices do not include local and state tax, which will be added at checkout.I look forward to our work together!
