I strive to help people walk through life with ease. I have been developing my technique since 1995 graduating from Carlson College of Massage Therapy and continuing my knowledge and Milton Trager's work, hot rocks, essential oils, energy work, and prenatal.

Each individual's problem is tackle from many different angles, since it is usually not just one problem.

Yoga has made me strong and able to incorporate breathing and balancing postures to make me strong and able to continue my massage therapy. I became a teacher and love to educate on how to strengthen people with some simple posture to do on a daily basis. Classes are always highly recommended to all and to make sure you are doing the posture right.
