We begin each session with a thorough assessment that may include gait analysis, posture evaluation, range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and palpation. We consider not only your job, but also your lifestyle, habits, and other contributing factors to pain and tension. Based on this assessment, we develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve optimal recovery in the shortest time possible.
