We’re a collaborative of licensed massage therapists in Lenexa, Kansas, dedicated to creating a calm, supportive space for both clients and practitioners. Our therapists bring different skills and styles, but share the same goal: helping your body rest, recover, and restore balance.

At FFMT, you’ll never find high-pressure memberships or contracts. We offer genuine care, skilled massage, and a place to recharge when you need it most. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, pain management, or simple relaxation, our focus is on you.

Therapist Levels
Our practice utilizes a Level 1 and Level 2 therapist structure to manage scheduling demand and client access. These designations are not reflective of a therapist’s experience, training, or skill level; rather, they are based on appointment availability and overall demand. All therapists meet the same professional standards and provide the same quality of care.

What to expect:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork and allow for consultation and dressing time prior to the start of your appointment. Massage time begins at appointment time and will conclude at the end of your selected appointment length. If you run late, your hands-on massage time will be affected.

Policies:
1. Massage & bodywork is holistic & therapeutic in nature. No claim is made to provide medical treatment or remedies.

2. We are not medical professionals, but rather personal service providers. Referrals, reviews, and gratuities are welcome and an excellent way to show appreciation.

3. CANCELATIONS In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow for rebooking of your appointment time. If you fail to give proper notice, you will be charged 100% of the session fee. In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible prior to the start of your appointment. Communication is key in determining whether a fee is appropriate for illness cancelations.

4. NO SHOW Please respect that we have set aside time on the appointment book for you and your missed appointment, regardless of the reason, affects each of us financially. Our other clients also lost out on the ability to book an appointment. In the event of a no-show, you are responsible for 100% of the missed session fee. Future appointments will not be allowed until payment has been made for missed session. Prepayment may be required for future appointments.

5. MINORS In the city of Lenexa, persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the massage establishment by a parent or legal guardian and the parent/guardian must have authorized massage therapy in writing.

6. PREGNANCY If there is any chance you may be pregnant, please inform your therapist at time of booking.

7. CLOTHING/ACCESSORIES Every person's modesty level varies. Please undress to your own comfort level regarding clothing, undergarments, and jewelry. If possible, please remove necklaces or watches prior to your session. We will not be held responsible for items broken or covered with cream or oil during treatment.

8. INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR will not be tolerated. This includes comments, jokes, movements and innuendos. In the event of inappropriate behavior, the therapeutic relationship will be terminated immediately, and you will be responsible for 100% of the session cost. Failure to pay is considered theft and criminal charges will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

9. PAYMENTS We accept credit cards, gift certificates and cash. You may also use Venmo @AmyDLMT. Prepayment may be required.
