Cancellation Policy

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend your appointment and no penalty will be given. If we are notified after the 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for your time and lose your pre-book status. (This policy is an industry standard and allows me to maintain appointments for urgent clients and recurring clientele.)

Emergencies and illnesses will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. I never condone massage while ill.

Inclement Weather Policy

Whenever there is inclement weather, please use discretion when traveling to and from our office in Apex. If you can not make it safely, you will not be penalized for your appointment cancellation.

There may be times when we contact you to reschedule an appointment due to weather concerns. Today I will be in the office unless I receive information that requires me to leave for my safety.

If you are scheduled with on a day that has inclement weather, and are concerned about your appointment time, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or the therapist you are scheduled with.

As a side note, if you need to cancel an appointment for an emergency with less than 24 hours notice, that option is unfortunately not functional on the website, please call or text 919.935-2129 instead.
