Holistic therapy has appealed to me since an early age, as many of us may not have the access to allopathic medicine; I learned to treat common colds, sore throats at home with the kitchen as my medicine cabinet . Then later beginning my practice into yoga from early morning fitness programs on TV to studying in a 200-hr yoga therapy training in Southern California. I believe in preventative self-care and healthy living practices as a means to not only save money but to sustain myself and others for years to come.

My goal is to pass on the power of healing touch catered to your needs for optimum wellness of mind, body, and spirit. I was trained in Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy e.g. trigger points, and many techniques to bring your energy into balance.
