These conditions can range from arthritis, sciatica, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, minor car accident or workers compensation injuries, rotator cuff injuries, etc. Our manual therapy treatments may be covered by your insurance depending on the insurance company. We utilize techniques such as massage cupping, trigger point work, stretching and deep tissue massage to soften muscle tissue and remind it what it should be doing. When necessary, we will also do our best to communicate with your physician or physical therapist in order to effectively speed up your healing process so that you can get back to living your best life. It is important to remember that manual therapy cannot "fix" your muscular issues but only aide in pain management from your previously diagnosed condition.

In addition to therapeutic work, we also accommodate those who simply want to relax with a Swedish, Hot Stone, sports or couples massage and much more. **Clients = Anyone who requests normal massage therapy.I have 5 years of experience in Swedish Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, CPR Certified, Hot/Cold Stones, Hot Towel, TMJ issues, Certified Medical Massage Practitioner (CMMP) and more. All techniques help to reduce headaches, depression and stress levels, yet improve balance, concentration, energy level and overall well-being.

Utilizing the above techniques, I provide therapeutic massage therapy to a wide range of clientele from babies to "seasoned" citizens. Taking great delight in the business, my most favorable aspect is the positive results seen in my clients in as little time as immediately after their first session.

When I'm not in the studio, I enjoy dedicating time to my five daughters, five grand children, church family and close, like-minded friends.
