Meet Sarah – a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist based in New Jersey. With training in a variety of mindful bodywork and energy healing practices, Sarah brings a warm, holistic approach to every session. Her passion is helping clients find balance, ease, and deeper connection to their well-being. Sarah is now offering Traditional Ayurvedic bodywork sessions at Ayurvedashram as well as private integrative bodywork sessions.

Session Options:

1. Ayurvedic Consult + Therapy : At Ayurvedashram in Middlesex County, begin with a personalized consult with our Ayurvedic Vaidya (20+ years’ experience), followed by a 60-minute Ayurvedic massage with Sarah that includes:

Abhyanga (warm oil)
Swedana (herbal steam)
Marma therapy (energy points)

This is an intro package, after this initial consult and therapy, we can offer in depth 7,14 and 21 day Panchakarma detox as recommended by the Ayurvedic Doctor (you cant book in here, please visit www.myayurvedashram.com, or sent me a note on an inquiry form if you want to book in for Ayurvedashram)

2. Integrative Bodywork (Limited Spots)

50- or 80-minute sessions blending Esalen® Massage, Reiki, Ayurvedic oils, essential oils, Himalayan salt stones & acupressure. Read more details in the Services tab on this page.
