My venture into massage therapy began in January 2006. I was looking for a way that I could help other people in their journey of health and well being. In short, I wanted to help people feel better. My goal with massage therapy is to help relieve pain caused by stress, chronic health issues, or post-surgical (orthopedic/spine) so that my clients are able to lead happier, more productive lives. If the body is happy, then I truly believe that the mind and spirit are happy as well!

I am continually taking classes to learn new therapeutic techniques in hopes my clients will receive maximum benefit from my work. I currently hold certifications in Sports Massage, Advanced Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Advanced Neuromuscular Therapies.

I love massage therapy as it allows me to do a job I love and still be able to spend quality time with my family. In my spare time, I enjoy running, Taekwon-do, reading, and scrapbooking. I believe that being active is an integral part of leading a healthy life!
