Healing Companion offers fully customizable massage and bodywork; from classic deep tissue or Swedish, to any and all modalities within your practitioner's capabilities.

***Please be aware that, although a classic massage is available, that is not the standard at Healing Companion. Your sessions here are about working with your entire being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. While addressing physical health is important and is what most massages are great for, here at Healing Companion, the belief is that the physical issues will never fully resolve if the mind and soul are not taken into the healing process as well.

A Healing Companion session includes the following:

* Intake: In depth conversation in regard to physical, mental and emotional well-being.

* Option to receive Tarot or Oracle card to contemplate during and after session.

* Option to add complement(s) such as essential oils, CBD, Gua Sha, hot stones and/or foot or hand mask.

* Short guided or silent meditation and/or breath work

* On Table Session: All bodywork discussed during intake, as well energy work and/or any complements chosen.

* Outtake: Review of what was discovered and worked with during session. Any questions you have will be answered. Yoga pose and/or stretch, as well as home care given. Rebook according to your needs.
