Spirit reminded me as a very young child I used to say I wanted to help people "be better". This has become my life’s work- to help people "be better". It is my honor to help spread the message of light and love. This makes everything possible.

I specialize in comprehensive energy sessions including the unique Chroma Therapy Crystal Bed. My sessions incorporate many different modalities with intuitive messages, sound healing using crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. In addition, I am an experienced, certified Manual Lymph Drainage therapist. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am certified in John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release and John E. Upledger’s CranioSacral Therapy.

Originally earning a BA degree in Business Administration and International Studies at Lindenwood College in St. Charles, MO, my path gradually diverged into energy healing. In 2012, I moved to Mackinac Island to open the energy healing center, Crystal Earth. I received certification as a Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki Rei Master Teacher and Holy Fire® III Karuna Master Teacher. In 2018, I relocated to Grand Rapids to become a Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from the Institute of Sanative Arts in 2019.

In addition to offering sessions, I teach a wide variety of classes in spirituality and wellness. I am an Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Rei Master Teacher, Holy Fire® III Karuna Master Teacher and a certified Deepak Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation teacher.
