With 18 years of experience as a massage therapist, I have developed a passion for helping people manage pain, recover from injuries and everyday physical stress, and improve their overall quality of life. My approach to massage is focused on each client as an individual, taking the time to understand their specific needs and goals so that every session is tailored to them.

I especially enjoy working with clients who are looking for relief from chronic tension, muscle pain, and the physical demands of everyday life. I believe massage can be an important part of recovery and self-care, and I strive to create a comfortable environment where clients can relax while receiving effective, therapeutic treatment.

When I’m not working, I enjoy getting lost in a good book and spending time with my husband and pets. I’m grateful to have built a career that allows me to connect with people, help them feel better, and make a positive difference in their lives.
