Hi there!

My name is Paulina and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in Philadelphia. I graduated from National Massage Therapy Institute in 2014 and I have been practicing ever since! I have worked in different environments such as spas, chiropractic offices and physical therapy clinics which all have taught me a balance in my practice. I mainly specialize in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Injury Related Massages, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage Therapy. I utilize Cupping Therapy, Hot stones, and as well as active release stretches to get you back into equilibrium.

It is important to remember that pain is the way our bodies are demanding to be heard. Pain may indicate that there might be a functional misalignment, a strain or a trigger point in our muscles but pain may be also asking for some sort of support. As your Massage Therapist, I can offer you that kind of support and help you live a more pain free lifestyle.

As much as I love focusing on a more technical

approach, my practice goes beyond "taking out that knot." I love educating my clients about their mind and body connection. I make sure you are feeling grounded before and after our session! I value and love building strong relationships with my clients. So, you will most likely be hearing from me after our session. I really want to understand your needs and goals. However, not only from a physical perspective but from mental, emotional, and spiritual perspectives as well. I honor, respect and appreciate the uniqueness of every one of my clients. I believe that everyone can be healthier and gain more balance ( mind and body) with a therapeutic massage.
