Let's face it, the pace of life is moving faster than ever and Americans are obsessed with being busy. Between work, running errands, managing your kids' extracurriculars, getting dinner on the table, and keeping the house together; it's amazing we haven't all gone crazy.

For some, getting a massage can mean over an hour on the road, and that assumes traffic is cooperating. This of course assumes that injury or disability hasn't taken away your mobility. I want massage to be available to those that need it. I want people to get back to the things they love doing and not be stuck with pain that hampers their life. I don't want people to be stuck between choosing a massage and time they need to stay on top of life.

My massage patients can expect a clinical approach to their care, even in the comfort of home. This is no 'Spa Day' where you relax for an hour and still hurt the same as when you got on the table. Before your first massage starts we'll take the time to understand your health history, the situation surrounding your current condition, examine posture, and assess muscles involved.

This allows us to have a plan of action before we start, and not waste massage time trying to figure out what the problem is.
