With over twenty years of experience, I’ve worked with high school & college students, NFL, NHL, and other athletes, to help them perform at higher levels, as well as people who have stress/anxiety/depression, and those struggling with acute & chronic pain relief.

I’m certified in Orthopedic Massage and trained in a number of different modalities including Sports Massage, Breathwork, Neural Reset Therapy, Trigger Point, Myofascia, Reiki, and Meditation. My aim is to help you achieve greater productivity, mobility, and a more positive outlook on life by releasing your physical and emotional burdens.
