With over twenty years of experience, I’ve worked with high school & college students, NFL, NHL, and other athletes, to help them perform at higher levels, as well as people who have stress/anxiety/depression, and those struggling with acute & chronic pain relief.

I’m certified in Orthopedic Massage and trained in a number of different modalities including Sports Massage, Breathwork, Neural Reset Therapy, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Meditation and Health, Wellness, and Life Coaching. My aim is to help you achieve greater productivity, mobility, and a more positive outlook on life by releasing your physical and emotional burdens.
